Advanced Hot Runner (AHR)

  • The hot runner steady (HRS) can quickly predict the pressure drop, temperature distribution of multiple cavities, shear heating, and sprue flow rate of hot runners, and determine the flow balance of family mold
  • Advanced Hot Runner (AHR) can simulate the real hot runner system, including hot nozzle, heating coil, bushing, manifold plate, pin and other components, provide dynamic temperature distribution of the mold, predict the comprehensive performance of the hot runner system in the mold base temperature control and heat overflow, and then make the simulation more closed to the real situation
  • Pin Movement: The Sequence Valve Gate Control (SVG) technology is quite common. The pin position and speed control can significantly improve the quality and appearance of the product. through the simulation of pin movement , we can more deeply explore the interaction of pin actuation and melting.
